Senior HR Representative | German & Dutch

At the moment I'm currently looking for an Senior HR Representative for our client, to join an international HR Shared Services EMEA team. As Senior HR Representative you will provide human resources support to our internal customers in EMEA with focus on The Netherlands, but you will also support the German team and occasionally the smaller countries in EMEA.

Providing first line support to employees, managers and other customers, you will be processing day to day HR related inquiries and transactions received through various channels with a strong focus on excellent customer service.

As Senior HR Representative you will use a Case Management tool to enter, track and respond to all activities efficiently, professionally and in a welcoming manner. Deliver first call resolution and provide high quality customer support that meets expected service levels and business performance goals.

HR tasks will consist of;

• Pre-employment activities and new hire orientations
• Support on long term sickness cases
• Creation/advise of Settlement letters if needed
• Coordination of incoming and outgoing employee administration
• Employee and HRIS Data administration
• Employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation etc.
• Leave of absence and vacation administration
• Training inquiries and tuition reimbursement
• Generation of HR related reports

Requirements:

What are we asking from you?

• Vocational background in Human Resources (MBO-level) or similar
• At least 4 years of related experience in an HR service environment, HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience is preferred
• General knowledge of personnel policy, personnel processes, and labor law, especially in the Netherlands!
• Experience with case management system is beneficial
• Experience with long term sick case management and settlement letters.
• Excellent process orientation and savviness with technology which includes use of web-based platforms, case management, etc.
• Business level proficiency (verbal and written) in Dutch and German. Next to this you also have to speak a good level of English, due to the fact that the company language is English!

Salary Benefits:
