As a Sales Specialist within a DACH, your exciting challenge is to grow sales in German-speaking countries. You play a crucial role in the team by managing relationships with customers, researching new market segments, studying competitors, and bringing in new clients.

Working with four colleagues, you develop fresh ideas to attract new customers in your market. You stay updated on the region's happenings and keep a close eye on the customer portfolio. Understanding your competitors is also essential, as it helps you provide valuable insights into your competitive position. Additionally, you play a vital role in spotting new opportunities and suggesting product range expansions in the DACH region. Building strong and lasting relationships with both existing and potential customers is a key focus in the DACH region.

Your dedication, interest, and curiosity are crucial in this process, as is providing professional and expert advice. You also handle preparing detailed quotations based on customer requirements and appropriate pricing. Ultimately, you serve as an important bridge between your customers and your organization.

Requirements:

  • Be available for at least 32 hours per week.
  • Have experience in a similar sales position.
  • Be a team player, collaborating well within your team and across different departments.
  • Have excellent written and spoken German language skills, with a good command of English.
  • Be curious and motivated to learn and share knowledge about our products with customers.
  • Be reliable, organized, and able to adapt quickly when needed.
