Michelle Carter

Michelle is the founder of ZenDo Mentors, the mentoring platform for the Work in Progress adult. Having moved to the Netherlands 2 years ago from Australia, Michelle saw the need to connect expats, early graduates and those seeking a career change with mentors who are passionate about giving back and helping others. She has a background that ranges across hospitality, the sciences, innovation and professional services. Having been through multiple career changes, Michelle understands what it really means to be a Work in Progress adult! She has had to redevelop herself multiple times, pick up new skills and redefine herself along the way. Finding her calling in life has not been easy. This is why Michelle founded ZenDo - a platform to help connect mentors with those who are on a similar journey. In addition to running ZenDo, Michelle is the Global Executive for Innovation at KPMG International.
