What you will do:

  • Process orders and follow up on delivery, invoicing and reporting
  • Manage customer claims, refunds and credits
  • Liaise with the warehouse to plan transport
  • Create order confirmations and communicate delivery updates to customers
  • Respond to customer queries & keep customer information up to date in the system

Requirements:

Who you are:

  • 4 - 5 years experience working in a similar role
  • Great written and verbal communication skills in English and a Nordic language
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems, experience with Oracle is preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office programmes
  • Analytic, Enthusiastic and a great team player
