Who are you, as the ideal candidate for this Customer Service Representative position?
You are fluent in Japenese and English, and you have :

• Experience in customer service.
• A particular passion for sports and/or nutrition.
• A dynamic attitude, attention to details and good multitask management.
• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team.

what will you do
As a customer service representative, you will assist our customers via different platforms: phone, email and chat. You will advise them on the necessary products so that they can achieve their goals. Your main tasks are:

• Listen attentively and respond to customer inquiries regarding their orders, the products and payment procedures.
• Ticketing requests in the Freshdesk processing system.
• Monitor your own progress and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and commitment.
• Actively identify trends and developments in sports, regiments, nutritional demands and healthy lifestyles.
