What will you do?
- You can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships.
- You will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize our value.
- You will manage orders and assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
- Set and monitor sales targets for international markets and clients.
- Onboard new clients
- Manage and build new relationships with Retail shops in export markets.
- Manage and input new orders for customers.
- Identify potential customers and set approach strategies.
- Consulting with management on business issues and growth strategies
- Develop strong and long-term client relationships.
- Act as the liaison between clients and the company
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively.
- Support team and clients with new features and product launches
- Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement.
- Visiting customers (mainly in the Netherlands and Germany)
Requirements:
Who are you?
- Fluency in German (C2 level) & English (C1 level)
- If you speak Dutch, that would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 3-5 years Account management experience, Pet or Aquatic Industry preferred
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Adapts quickly and being flexible
- Computer skills, especially MS Office and CRM software.
- You must live in the Netherlands and in possess of a valid working permit for the Netherlands
- Driving license is a must
Salary Benefits:
This is a long term position
The salary will be between € 40K and € 60K gross per year (depending on education and work experience), excluding holiday money of 8% and bonus scheme
