In the role as Office Manager, you will be preforming different kind of tasks. So if you are a organizational wizard then this role is for you.

For this role you will need to:
● Providing general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.
● Assistance in coordinating appointments and meetings.
● Help in preparing all type of reports and other documents.
● Support HR with their tasks such as employee record keeping and onboarding assistance.
● Maintain the office supplies and place orders as needed.
● You will be the one managing everything for the office, and making sure that everything is tidy and organized.

Requirements:

What do we expect from you?

  • You are able to communicate in English and in Dutch
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience in similar positions
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 32 hours available with strong preference for 40 hours
