What do you do on a daily basis?

As an Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for the internal and external relations.

Daily responsibilities include:
· Processing incoming phone calls and handling them correctly and professionally
· Welcoming visitors at the reception
· Processing incoming and outgoing emails
· Receive and send packages
· Assist in various tasks around the office as needed

Requirements:

Who are you?

  • Fluent in both Dutch and English
  • Experienced in administration
  • Friendly and service-oriented

Salary Benefits:

What does the company offer?
· Contract with Undutchables for 3 months with the opportunity to work for the company directly after that period
· 3 days of work per week (24 hours)
· Salary of 2.500 euros per month, based on 40 hours a week
· Holiday allowance
· Travel costs reimbursed

Our client is a FMCG company buying and selling foods from all-over of the world for shipment to mainly West-Africa. Based in Rotterdam, they are searching for a new person to join their international team (18 people).
