Requirements:

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have good communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into laymans terms. Next to this, strong troubleshooting skills are a must-have, along with the desire to keep up to date with new technologies. Here are a few other requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with corporate IT support using Microsoft technology;
• Knowledge of Office 2012/2016/2019/Office 365, Active Directory, DHCP, networking (VLANs, switching/routing, Wi-Fi), and backup/recovery systems;
• Strong Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP.
• Knowledge of physical & virtual environments with Hyper-V/VMware.

If you have knowledge of the following, that's a huge plus! Be sure to outline that in your application:

• Experience using Helpdesk based ticketing systems;
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery processes.
• Experience with Linux server OS is a plus.
• Experience in supporting MAC OS;
